Lourdes 2016, brilliant, beautiful and an opportunity to see the Catholic church at its best. Every aspect of the pilgrimage from travel to hotel to standard of accommodation and last but not least the welcome and patient care given to all by Tangney Tours staff was first class.

A pilgrimage to Lourdes and two other shrines, Paray-le-Monial and Lisieux. We travelled in a comfortable coach, stopping for refreshments every so often. The accommodation and meals were of a good standard, and the local staff were helpful. We were accompanied by a representative of the tour company who was very helpful, particularly with our more nervous travellers. The itinerary was appropriate for the group we had and everyone seemed to enjoy the trip.

I have been travelling with Tangney Tours for 30 years, both as an individual and as a group organiser. The backup service they provide is second to none, and no-one else has ever come close when groups I have been involved with have had a problem. For this reason alone, they are worth the price of the pilgrimage, but, apart from the back up, they are also a good and caring team of people who have their client’s best interests at heart!

I had travelled with Tangney Tours overland to Lourdes in 1988. I had never been to Fatima before and it was a very different experience for me. I loved every day of the pilgrimage and the hotel accommodation left nothing to be desired. I would recommend travel with your company.

Our school group travel arrangements to Lourdes was made through Tangney Tours - from St Pancras to Lourdes and the return journey. Staff at Tangney Tours accompanied the group and made sure that all arrangements went smoothly. At all times, the staff were courteous, accommodating and patient.

Every year for last 10 years we have pilgrimaged to Lourdes. We have had excellent customer care from Frances in the UK office and all the Lourdes reps. They have gone that extra mile for us. Last time my husband hired a bike to ride up the col du tourmalet and the team helped my husband book the bike. Sylvie and Lisa were fantastic. When we return each year the team are almost like an extended family. the hotels are brilliant
