The Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes will have the joy and honour of welcoming His Holiness Pope Leo XIV on Sunday, September 27, 2026. As part of his apostolic journey to France, he will become a pilgrim among pilgrims.
Ground package only - Transport will be charged at the time of booking if requried.
You will have 5 nights in Lourdes staying in either the 3* Hotel Saint Georges or the 3* Hotel Beau Site on a full board basis, breakfast, lunch and dinner included.
This hotel is within easy walking distance of the Domain. Whilst in Lourdes you will be able to participate in our full pilgrimage programme including Mass celebrations, walking tours of Lourdes, and torchlight processions.
Pope to Lourdes
As a pilgrim, the Pope will visit the Grotto of Massabielle on Sunday 27th September. In the afternoon, he will preside over an open-air Mass, open to all, on the large prairie in the Sanctuary, and will take part in the Marian torchlight procession.
The detailed programme for this visit is currently being finalised and will be announced shortly.
