Important information for our
Charter flights to Lourdes
This information is specific for our charter flights to Lourdes.
For us and our partners to provide you with the correct level of assistance, we ask that you provide us with accurate and relevant information regarding the level of support you require at the time of booking.
Our suppliers are pleased to carry your wheelchairs and other mobility items, however, some of them must be approved prior to travel.
Some of the items that are regularly brought are: Walking sticks, Zimmer frames, manual collapsible wheelchairs, manual rigid and non-collapsible wheelchairs, electric wheelchairs and electric mobility scooters.
Please contact our office for other special assistance (i.e. visual or hearing impairment, breathing and respiratory equipment, etc.)
Types of Mobility Aids and what to do
These items can be accommodated on our flights without prior notification. You can simply bring them to the airport. However you may require some assistance at the airport for your journey.
These are regular wheelchairs and can be accommodated on our flights, however you will need to notify us in advance if you are bringing one. This type of wheelchair will be given the code: WCMP
These can be accommodated on our flights. If you intend on bringing one you will need to request and complete a Mobility Transport form from us. Once completed and returned to us, the form will be shared to our travel providers for them to authorise clearance of your item for travel. Please note that the carriage of such aides is restricted and therefore we cannot guarantee acceptance. This type of wheelchair will be given the code: WCMP
EMA’s such as wheelchairs or scooters can be accommodated on our transportation. If you intend on bringing one you will need to request a Mobility Transport form from us. Once completed and returned to us, the form will be shared to our travel providers for them to authorise clearance for travel. Please note that the carriage of EMA’s is restricted and therefore we cannot guarantee acceptance. This type of aid will be given the code: WCBD

The level of assistance you require
Wheelchair assistance from the check-in area to the boarding gate
and from the arrival gate to the airport arrivals hall.
Wheelchair assistance from the check-in area to the door of the aircraft and from the door of the aircraft to the arrivals hall. Passenger cannot use steps. Passenger can walk to their own seat. Subject to confirmation*.
Wheelchair assistance from the check-in area to the seat of the aircraft and from the seat of the aircraft to the arrivals hall. Passenger cannot walk any distance and to or from to their own seat. Subject to confirmation*.
